Full DevOps integration and CI/CD automation were implemented, ensuring high availability and future readiness.

As part of a strategic discovery initiative, the data flow within Assortment, RDC, and Replenishment across a global supply chain ecosystem powered by Airflow DAGs was analyzed. Anomalies, redundancies, and systemic inefficiencies were identified, leading to a proposed future-ready system redesign. Anomaly detection was automated through scheduled queries in GCP, establishing the foundation for a smarter, faster, and more reliable supply chain infrastructure.

A two-decade-old POS system was modernized into a cloud-native solution. Legacy features were incrementally replaced with scalable, event-driven microservices powered by Kafka. Robust CI/CD was implemented with automated unit, functional, behavioral, and performance testing, along with high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and intelligent ZZD deployment rollbacks.

A legacy discounts and coupons system was modernized through the development of a scalable and cloud microservices based promotions engine optimized for the enterprise scale. The solution enables real-time promotions and discount application different stores and e-commerce channel with minimal latency.
